This is a Spike Lee movie. I didn't think I would like it...but I loved it. I love that Spike Lee uses relative unknowns in his movies..they look like real people you would see on the street. It is about an innercity married couple trying to survive the husband's jail sentence for petty theft and his unfaithfulness to his wife. It focuses mostly on the wife and what she does to keep her family together during these struggles. It is very entertaining and moves along at a very good speed. You feel like you are a fly on the wall actually peeking into the lives of these people. With the exception of bamboozled, I love Spike's movies...always fresh and interesting. Must see..
